Police traced murder case in Visakhapatnam

Visakhapatnam: The police have traced the murder case of a woman Appalanarsamma who was killed in Akkayyapalem here in the city.

Speaking on the occasion, CP Rajiv Kumar Meena revealed the case details to the media. During the investigation, the police confirmed that G Sudhakar Reddy who had an illegal affair with Appalanarsamma has found guilty of her murder.

CP said that Sudhakar Reddy was in severe debts, in order to come out of it he planned to take the money from her. In this context, he went to her house on the 19th of this month and stayed there at night. While she was sleeping, Reddy attacked her with a sword.

Later, he has stolen the money and other valuables from her house. Finally, the police cracked the case, arrested Sudhakar Reddy, and seized Rs 90,000 worth items from him.
