Man killed his wife with axe in Suryapet district

Suryapet: In a tragic incident, a man has brutally killed his wife by attacking her with an axe. This incident happened at Kalakova village in Munagala of Suryapet district.

According to locals, Srinu and Bhulakshmi, a native of Kalakova got married 19 years ago. The couple has two children. However, Srinu became addicted to alcohol and harassed his wife and children.

Bhulakshmi, who couldn't bear the harassment of her husband, left him and went to her parent's house along with two children ten years ago. Later, Srinu also went to his wife's place and stayed with them.

In this context, Srinu was good for some days, and later he again started to drink and harass Bhulakshmi. With this, the couple had a heated argument on Monday, where Srinu attacked his wife with an axe and flew away from the spot.

The locals who noticed this rushed Bhulakshmi to the government hospital. As her condition become worst, she was shifted to a hospital in Khammam. Over the information, the police registered a case and investigating further.
