Kakatiya Urban Development Authority lauds Patil for his contribution
Warangal: It has been a thoroughly satisfying stay in the historic Warangal, Prashanth Jeevan Patil, the former Urban District Collector, who now heads Nalgonda administration, said, speaking at his felicitation here on Wednesday.
"The experience I gained in Warangal is of immense help to me when I work in other districts," Pail said. Referring to his association with the Kakatiya Urban Development Authority (KUDA) as its Vice-Chairman, he said that it was a huge opportunity for him as he was part of system that works with a vision for another two or three decades.
Stating that Bhadrakali bund beautification and draft master plan are ready for inauguration, Patil said that he got a rare opportunity to get involved in such prestigious projects.
KUDA Chairman Marri Yadava Reddy said that Patil has a thorough knowledge of both the urban and rural districts as he had worked as Joint Collector and then as the Collector. He also hailed Patil's contribution in the land acquisition for inner ring road, land pooling, Bhadrakali bund beautification, master plan etc.
"Although I worked with him for just one month, I learned a lot from Patil. He was cooperative and gave quite a few suggestions that would help me in my service," Municipal Commissioner Pamela Satpathy said.
Secretary Muralidhar Rao, KUDA Project Officer E Ajith Reddy, EE Bheem Rao, AO Satyanarayana and RJD Ravinder Reddy were among others present.
