Visakhapatnam: Dos and don'ts for Nagula Chavithi

Visakhapatnam: Visakhapatnam Port Trust (VPT) officials are imposing restrictions at the Port Stadium on the occasion of Nagula Chavithi festival to be celebrated on Wednesday.  

Keeping the coronavirus pandemic in view, the port advised the revellers to follow safety protocol. The Port Trust officials exhorted people to maintain cleanliness while celebrating the festival at the premises.

People will not be allowed without a mask and they should maintain social distancing. Use of fireworks, crackers and plastic covers are strictly prohibited at the venue, the statement from the VPT mentioned.
