Mahbubnagar: Finally, drone show scheduled for August 13

Mahbubnagar: The much awaited drone show is finally rescheduled to be held on August 13 at the mini tank bund in Mahbubnagar.

In fact, earlier the district authorities along with the Tourism department officials had planned to organise the show on July 28, however, due to continuous heavy rains and inclement weather conditions, the show was postponed for two times from July 24 to 28 and now it has been rescheduled on August 14.

Announcing this, Tourism Minister Dr V Srinivas Goud said that this time the drone show will glitter the skies of Mahbubnagar at the mini tank bund wherein more than 400 different types of drones are going to display their abilities. “We are proud to inform that the drone show in Mahabubnagar will be the first district-level drone show in the country. Earlier this kind of drone show was held only in leading cities like Delhi, Hyderabad and Mumbai. We are doing our best to make Mahbubnagar a leading tourism and spiritual destination and developing various historical places, temples, parks and recreational centres in the district,” informed the Minister.

The Minister called upon the school children, college students and general public to gather in large numbers at mini tank bund on the evening of August 13 and make it a grand success.
