Unauthorised garbage dump springs up

Chikkadpally: The road at Chikkadpally near Balaji Temple has become an unauthorised dumping yard. The stretch is filled with garbage, and it emits a foul smell. The locals have been facing problems since the past few months.

"The locals are facing a severe inconvenience due to the stinking smell which is emanating from the garbage. The residents alleged that the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) earlier used to clean the garbage at least weekly once but now they don't even bother to clean this area", said Venkateshwar, a local.
