TDP celebrates 38th foundation day

Musheerabad: On the occasion of 38th foundation day of Telugu Desam Party, the Hyderabad district president of TDP, MN Srinivas Rao, hoisted the TDP flag and paid floral tributes to the statue of the party founder NT Rama Rao, at the party office here on Friday.

Srinivas Rao extended the foundation day greetings to all the party workers and people. The day it was founded by the great leader NTR, the party became people's party. He thanked the party workers who have been serving the party since its foundation and said that the party is indebted to such dedicated party workers.

The reforms and welfare schemes initiated by the party founder NTR are being used by several political parties by changing their names, he said. The party workers in the 15 assembly segments in Hyderabad district celebrated the foundation day with gaiety and joy, he said.
