Stray dog menace in Nacharam division

Nacharam: The residents of Raghavendra Nagar and Indira Nagar Colonies are afraid now-a-days to come out of their houses due to the rampant stray dog menace. Children are afraid to go out on roads to play as packs of dogs roam freely on the streets. This problem is even more acute in the evening. Many instances of dog attacks and bites were reported from these areas.

Despite several complaints to the authorities concerned, the problem was not addressed on permanent basis, residents lamented. Residents demanded authorities concerned to respond to the complaints and take necessary action to address the issue.
