Steps sought to oversee goshalas

Himayat Nagar: The Telangana Goshala Federation on Wednesday demanded steps by the government to oversee the running of every goshala.

Addressing the media, federation leader Mahesh Agarwal stated that 100 acres of forest land should be allotted in each district for the construction of goshalas.

He wanted facilities to be provided in each goshala, including fodder for animals. Agarwal urged the government to provide subsidized cows to farmers.
