MLA Devireddy Sudheer Reddy, GHMC chief visit dumping yard

LB Nagar: MLA Devireddy Sudheer Reddy along with GHMC Commissioner Lokesh Kumar visited Auto Nagar dumping yard on Sunday. The MLA explained a few problems pertaining to the yard to the Commissioner.

He said carcasses are being thrown here during night. "This is causing oozing out pungent smell causing inconvenience to people residing in the vicinity. They are falling prey to viral fevers," he added.

The MLA requested the commissioner to setup burning unit and installation of CC Cameras to find out who are dumping carcasses. He said the dumping yard would be recapped by December 2020 and would be made a biggest park in Asia. He assured residents of all the amenities. Mansoorabad corporator Koppula Vittal Reddy, division TRS president Tanguturi Nagaraju and residents of surrounding colonies were present.
