GHMC raids shopping malls

Mehdipatnam: GHMC officials raided some business enterprises in Mehdipatnam circle on Tuesday and seized shops being run without trade licence and those which were found using single-use plastic. Khairatabad zonal commissioner Musharaf Ali directed the raids.

Chennai Silks Shop at Mehdipatnam, a supermarket in Vijaya Nagar colony, RS Brothers in Mehdipatnam, and Chennai Shopping Mall at Mehdipatnam are seized. More supermarket near Mahaveer Hospital in Masab Tank was fined Rs 25,000 for not having parking space. Mehdipatnam Deputy Commissioner Inkesaf Ali, Medical Officer Bajaj Kasim and others were present.
