Electronics Corporation of India Limited distributes school bags to ZPHS students

Malkajgiri: The students of ZPHS (Boys) and ZPHS (Girls), Malkajgiri were in for a surprise when officials from the Electronics Corporation of India Limited handed them school bags and water bottles on Saturday.

Swarna Sankaran, the Executive Director (Finance), distributed school bags and water bottles in the presence of head-masters and teachers. Asifulla Baig, Head(P&A), Sunil Kumar J, Personnel Officer (CSR), Ch Bhasker Reddy, N Narasimha, president and general secretary respectively of ECIL Staff & Workers Union, Kamal Kant and D Venkanna, president and secretary respectively of ECIL Officers Association, participated in the programme. ECIL distributed 900 bags and equal number of water bottles.

Addressing the gathering on the occasion, Swarna Sankaran advised the students to involve in sports which is important to keep them fit both mentally and physically. During the last 5 years, has provided infrastructure/facilities in various Govt.

Schools in Keesara, Kapra, Alwal and Malkajigiri Mandal of Medchal Dist., like construction of toilets, class rooms, multi-purpose halls, kitchens, RO Water plants, providing computer education including supply of computers & faculty, classroom benches, school bags, water bottles, sports items and also conducted health camps for the students in government schools
