Debris at GHMC park puts off residents

Balanagar: The GHMC park at Balanagar has been in a horrible state for the past six months, as the whole park is covered with construction debris, including sand and bricks. Earlier, children used to play in the park every evening, and due to this, nobody is entering the park.
