Commuters fume over muddy road

Punjagutta: The incomplete works of road in officer's colony of Punjagutta has become a serious cause of concern for the locals. The muddy road is filled with holes and open potholes.

Rajat S, a resident of the area said, "It has been almost three weeks that this road was dug up by the officials. The condition of the roads is getting worse with each passing day. Even with a little amount of rainfall, the road gets water logged."

"The open drainage causes foul smell and attracts mosquitoes. It is also difficult for the pedestrians to walk in this area as this complete road is covered with the drainage water." added Rajat.
