Following a complaint, the GHMC officials including Charminar Zonal Commissioner N Samrat Ashok and Deputy Commissioner K Alivelu Mangathayaru (Santoshnagar Circle) visited the spot and instructed the sanitation staff to ensure clearance of wastage near the lake.
