City couple looted on Venkatadri Express

Kacheguda: An elderly couple from Amberpet on Thursday lodged a complaint at Kacheguda Railway Police station stating that unidentified persons stole gold ornaments weighing 15 tolas from their bag. According to police, the incident occurred when the victim couple Satyanarayana and Revathi was travelling on Venkatadri Express.

They went to Tirumala, a couple of days ago and after completing their darshan returning to Hyderabad from Tirupati. By registering a case police are investigating. They are suspecting that the suspects could have stolen the ornaments from the bag when they were sleeping.
