BC Sena Krishna Yadav gives call for Chalo Delhi

Vidyanagar: The president of National BC Sena, Krishna Yadav, said that a 'Chalo Delhi' programme would be organised from December 8 to 11 with an intent to put pressure on the union government to table a bill providing for 50 per cent reservation to BCs in legislative bodies. He released the 'Chalo Delhi' wall poster at BC Bhavan here on Sunday.

The national president of BC Welfare Association, R Krishnaiah, said that they would continue to stage protests until the union government tabled the BC bill in the Parliament. He said that grave injustice was being done to BCs in education, employment, political and social fields due to lack of proper representation of BCs.

He said they would meet President, Vice-President, central ministers, leaders of various opposition parties and others to lobby for the BC bill. President of BC Sena Barka Krsishna, Tandur Ramulu, T Raj Kumar, Vemula Ramakrishna, Arun Yadav, Srinivas, Ramya and others attended the programme.
