Basheerbagh: TET exam notification demanded

Basheerbagh: National BC Welfare Association president R Krishnaiah on Thursday represented to Education Minister Sabita Indra Reddy seeking immediate release of TET exam notification. He alleged that TET exam notification had not been released in the last three years, whereas it should be out twice in a year, as per the 2009 Right to Education Act.

The BC leader pointed out that there were no eligible TET candidates to fill teacher posts in both government and private schools in the State, besides the Gurukul institutions. Among those who accompanied Krishnaiah were association vice-president Gujju Krishna, Unemployed JAC chairman Neela Venkatesh, Allam Ram Koti, Anantayya, Gajender, Srinivas and students.
