Awareness drive held on e-auction of plots

Uppal: Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) conducted an awareness programme on e-auctions for sale of plots during pre-bid meeting held at Uppal here on Monday.

HMDA Secretary Ramkishan said it was a good opportunity for buyers wishing to purchase plots in the city. "All the amenities are being provided. The plots are dispute-free and will be sold according to rules and regulations. Special arrangements have been made based on the overwhelming response from people in knowing details of e-auction.

Buyers wishing to purchase the plots can log on to www.hmda.gov.in or www.mstcecommerce.com for more details. One need not go to HMDA office to learn the process of e-auctions and e-tenders to be held from April 7-8. All the details are in MSTC website," he added.

The plots are near to Nagole Metro Station. The buyers were sensitised on how to register their names, how to participate in bidding and other technical aspects. ORR PD Ashok Kumar, EO Gangadhar, CEO Sharath Chandra, Director Narendra, EE Yusuf Hussain, Planning officer Satyanarayana Murthy, PRO Vijetha, DAO Saraswathi and others took part in the meeting.
