Consult experts to end RTC-govt standoff

In order to find a profitable realistic solution for the issue dogging the TSRTC, whose employees are on an indefinite strike for the past many days, the authorities have to consult smart thinkers, innovative researchers of the top 10 universities or top 10 private consultancies of the world on how to fast turn a loss-making unit into a profit-zone.

Same applies to the Indian Railways so that it can introduce passengers-friendly trains and other public sectors. Only goods trains of Indian Railways have been earning profits since 1953, the year of its establishment. IUt time to focus on a win-win situation. Problems will not be solved by indulging in blame-game and by just consulting regular and common employees, workers and managements.
