Dr BR Ambedkar wanted justice to all sections of the society. BJP's Antyodaya ideology wants justice to be delivered to the last person in society.

BJP had taken a decision when Bangaru Lakshman was the BJP's president on SC categorisation. But no party took a decision on the 30-year-old issue.
