In Kirlampudi village of Kakinada district, former minister YSP leader Mudragada Padmanabham along with his family exercised their right to vote. Mudragada's family members greeted people outside the polling station.

Today, by 9 AM, voter turnout across the state in the ongoing general elections stood at 9.05%.

Govt Advisor Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy exercised his franchise at Kaza in Guntur district

Voting is straightforward. Pinapaka Assembly constituency saw 11.95% of voters exercising their franchise by 9 AM, as reported by Assistant Returning Officer Pratik Jain.

YSRCP nominees for Atmakuru and Udayagiri assembly segments Mekapati Vikram Reddy and Mekapati Rajagopala Reddy exercised their franchise at Brahmana Palle village of Marripddu mandal on Monday.

Yerragondapalem and Markapuram record low polling in Prakasam by 09:00 AM

Though the voter turnout is encouraging in all assembly constituencies in the erstwhile Prakasam district, the voters in Yerragondapalem and Markapuram are yet to join the flock. About 11.20 per cent of polling recorded at Addanki, 11.08 Chirala, 12.01 in Parchur, 9.50 in Darsi, 9.57 in Giddalur, 8.78 in Kanigiri, 12 in Kondapi, 5.69 in Markapuram, 12.53 in Ongole, 11 in Santhanuthalapadu, 3.07 in Yerragondapalem, and 12.27 in Kandukur.
