The Melodies of Monsoons

Kalabitan presents 'The Melodies of Monsoons' at Lamakaan on July 13.

'The Melodies of Monsoons' is an evening of classical ragas and songs. Narration will be in English. Artists are Barnali & Satarupa (Vocal), Abhijit (Tabla), Rahul (Guitar) and Paramita (Narration). This type of performance, stepping outside of the traditional bounds of Indian classical music, will be an experimental endeavour.
