Weekend Brunch: Healthy And Tasty 'Oats-Jowar Pancake' To Add Fun To Your Dining Tables
Yippe… It's weekend!!! After juggling between the work and household chores, finally, Saturday makes all of you wake up a bit late, isn't it? Yes! Along with having a good night's sleep, many of them want to have a healthy and tasty brunch to forget all those hurry-burry breakfasts filled with bread and butter.
So, we Hans India have come up with 'Oats-Jowar' Pancake recipe for all the busy bees who want to enjoy their weekend brunches!!! Look into the write-up and jot down the recipe…
Ingredients Needed
• 1/4 cup rolled oats
• 1/4 cup whole wheat flour (gehunkaatta)
• 1/4 cup jowar (white millet) flour
• 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
• 1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
• salt to taste
• 1 1/2 tsp ginger-green chilli paste
• 2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
• 3 tsp peanut oil for greasing and cooking
Process
• There is nothing much to do… Take a bowl and add all the above-listed ingredients one by one. Mix well by adding enough water in intervals. It should form into a dosa batter.
• Then heat the pan and grease oil over it. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread evenly in a circular form.
• Cook on low flame and flip to the other side after turning golden brown. Do the same thing with the whole batter and enjoy having yummy and healthy 'Oats-Jowar' Pancakes with your family!!!
