Neetu Chandra's fitness, goals this summer

Neetu Chandra, well-known as an actress, now a global figure with her acting career; has been an International Taekwondo player, Basketball NBA promoter.

She has been a fitness junkie for many years and right from the time she has shifted her base to Los Angeles from Mumbai for her upcoming Hollywood film, she has been giving major fitness goals to her social media followers with her yoga routine.

Neetu's journey with Taekwondo and Basketball has been extremely inspiring for her followers. She says, "I believes in working endlessly on the present rather than planning for the future goals.

I give the credit of my achievements my family, especially my mother. She is also a Fourth Dan Black belt Taekwondo player.

Neetu has been practicing Yoga with different teachers. She shares her videos and tips in Instagram. She says, "Yoga is helpful not only to your body but also to your soul."

Her sessions with Luna Lin, Billy have been of great help to her routine. She talks about strengthening oneself from the core and not working out just to pump your body.

She indulges in eating healthy and approached her nutritionist for diet plans that not only keep her healthy but energetic as well.

She keeps a track of her diet and nutritional value on a daily basis. Neetu has been a woman who thrives for perfection and never loses an opportunity to take care of her body.

She swears by the life motto – "Fitness is the only way to live; fitness should become a lifestyle. Eat healthy, regularly work out and listen to your body when it is sore and asking for rest.

It is important to treat oneself with hot water baths and proper rest, it rejuvenates the energy and helps the body restarts afresh every day," she advises.

On the professional front, Neetu Chandra will be soon seen in her Hollywood debut "The Worst Day", a comedy short film written and directed by Bulgarian filmmaker Stanislava Ivy.

She will also be seen in the Korean youth action TV Series "Narae", and has been diligently learning Korean for the Series.
