Ritviz is currently on his maiden music festival 'YUV Fest' in collaboration with Bacardí. "There will be a lot of giggles, jollities and laughter guaranteed! Storytelling is a cornerstone of the festival and it will serve as a platform to showcase some of the most enterprising independent artists from the music and comedy circuit of the country," the young artist said.

"The next five years are going to be huge for the independent scene in India with several entities coming forward to help indie artists do what moves them and encourage their passion. We mustn't emulate the West and create ground-breaking content of our own that we can present to the world and festivals like these are a need of the hour. I'm happy to collaborate with Bacardi who endorses the vision of the festival," he added.

What is Ritviz favourite part of being on tour? "The one hour that I get on stage. I am not going to lie... I am not big on travel (laughs) but I enjoy food wherever I go as I get to try out new stuff."

About performing in Hyderabad he said: "Hyderabad has a lot of energy and I am always excited to play here."

When asked what is his favourite part of performing in Hyderabad Ritviz said, "I have the most clichéd answer ever...my favourite part of performing here is having the biryani (laughs)."

His first single 'Udd Gaye' garnered 25 million views giving him overnight fame. "I was not at all prepared for that kind of response. I thought I will not get any attention. To be honest I saw all the negatives in it. But that did not happen and I am glad people liked my first single."

The musician recently came out with his debut album 'Ved' and has eight of his compositions.

"This album has all coming together of which I have been working from so many years. The listeners will understand my pulse with this album. It has eight songs and no song is like the other."
