Telangana Chefs Association launched
Culinary professionals working at different levels representing hotels and restaurants with the state of Telangana has decided to form a guild in the name of Telangana Chefs Association.
TCA is affliated to Indian Federation of Culinary Association which is affiliated to World Association of Chefs and Societies. With Chef Dharmendra Lamba as President, Chef Amey Marathe, Vice President, Chef Naveen as the Secretary and Chief Thimma Reddy as Treasurer, TCA was launched in Hyderabad at the Institute of Hotel Management.
The new organisation will be a platform for all culinary experts of the state of Telangana. It will facilitate new generation chefs with most modern technologies and empower them with better knowledge and skills, and encourage young students to take up the profession, shared the executive members.
