Truth About Thalapathy Vijay's Sri Lanka Property Being Seized

Famous Kollywood actor Vijay's team have rubbished rumours which had stated that his property in Sri Lanka was about to be confiscated by the government.

Vijay, who is the most sought after actor in the Tamil film industry has amassed huge wealth and we hear that his remuneration for a movie is several crores.

As desired by his wife Sangeetha, Vijay is said to have purchased a property worth about a crore some fifteen years ago. But as per the buzz some officials, employees, investors, were planning to acquire some of the properties in the island nation.

But Vijay's team has said that these rumours have no substance in them. Vijay had married Sangeetha in the year 1999. Sangeetha who hailed from Sri Lanka, had settled in London. Sangeetha's father is a big industrialist in the UK.

It may be recalled that income tax officials had raided Vijay's house when he was engaged in the shooting of his upcoming movie "Master" directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj.

Meanwhile, Thalapathy Vijay's movie "Master" which was supposed to get released through OTT is now getting released in theatres as per the team's latest announcement.

The film stars Malavika Mohan as the female lead and is one of the most awaited movies of the year. Vijay fans are waiting with bated breath to catch the action on the big screen. Vijay Sethupathi plays the villain in the movie Master.
