How Kangna Prepped For Jayalalithaa Role in Thalaivi

Jaya's niece, Deepa, is said to have approached the Madras High court requesting a stay on Thalaivi stating that the makers haven't taken consent from the family.

The film, being directed by AL Vijay, features Aravind Swami in the role of MGR while Prakash Raj is touted to play late DK chief M Karunanidhi. The film went on floors on Sunday.
