Ranveer Singh's acting connection with Japan!

Ranveer reveals that he has, for long, been inspired by Japanese theatre and he used a novel acting technique from the land of the rising sun to ace his performance in Zoya Akhtar's Gully Boy.

He says, "It is called the art of absence. As a lead hero in Bollywood, you are taught to be present. The ask is to own the frame but this teaches you the ability to be in a frame and go unnoticed."
