No Eid Release For Salman Khan Movie Radhe

Filmmakers and actors are sentimental about movie releases. They often choose national holidays, festive seasons to release their movies. And more often than not the formula works as people throng theatres with families around this time.

In Tollywood, actor Balayya would have permanent movie releases around Sankranthi which is the biggest festival for Telugus. Same was the case with Kollywood actors too who would choose Pongal for movie releases. In Bollywood Salman Khan is known to lock all the Eids for the theatrical release of his movies. And most of Sallu Bhai movies which hit theatres around the time has gone on to become huge money-spinners at the box office.

This year around may not be the same. Salman Khan's movie Radhe was to hit theatres this Eid 2020. The movie was to clash with Akshay Kumar's Laxmi Bomb at the box office. Now with theatres downing their shutters due to the lockdown, the epic clash is avoided. But it also means no Eid release for Salman Khan.
