Bigg Boss Kannada Contestant Bhoomi Shetty Bags Telugu Serial

Bhoomi Shetty of TV reality show Bigg Boss fame, who shot to limelight through her kannada serial 'Kinnari', will be back to act in serials again but not in Kannada.

We hear that the actress will be acting in a Telugu serial called "Attarintlo Akka Chellalu". She will be replacing actress Chaitra Rai. Bhumi is being selected after the team decided to replace Chaitra Rai. "Earlier I had to opt out of a Telugu serial 'Ninne Pelladutha' to participate in Bigg Boss show.

Since then I have been waiting for a good role. I felt the character offered to me in "Attarintlo Akka Chellalu' is of different kind hence I agreed to do the role. I know the challenges one has to face when one accepts a role done by another artist. Viewers will surely compare my performance with that of Chaitra. I accept this challenge and I am confident that I am going to win the hearts of the viewers," says Bhoomi Shetty.

Bhoomi Shetty will take part in the shooting of the said serial from January 3 in Hyderabad. Bhoomi is currently doing TV anchoring in a comedy program 'Maja Bharatha'. "I had never done anchoring in my career. This is a different kind of experience. I am happy that viewers have accepted me," says Bhoomi Shetty.

Recently, Bhoomi has finished the shooting of a movie called 'Ikkat'.
