TREDA Property Show begins in Hyderabad
Hyderabad: The three-day TREDA Property Show took off in Hyderabad on Friday with Vemula Prashanth Reddy, Minister Roads & Buildings and Housing inaugurating it at Hitex.
Over 100 real estate companies, banks, financial institutions, and suppliers are taking part in the 10th edition of the show being organised by Telangana Real Estate Developers Association (TREDA).
Real estate companies are displaying their range of properties suited to various classes of customers. Financial institutions like State Bank of India, LIC Housing Finance Ltd, Axis Bank, Bank of Baroda, HDFC, ICICI Bank, Sundaram BNP Paribas Home Finance, IIFL Home Finance, have set up their stalls which showcase their home loan products. Suppliers will display their products and services integral to the real estate industry.
R Chalapathi Rao, president, TREDA, said: "This year marks a special occasion for us as we celebrate our 10th anniversary of the TREDA Property Show.
Hyderabad has witnessed the highest ever half yearly sales in the previous three years and resurgence of residential real estate continued with sales increasing by 65 per cent in H1 2019 on a year on year basis".
At show, we primarily focus on presenting a wide range of properties that suits the budget of varied prospective buyers, he added.
