Heritage bags service provider award

Hyderabad: Heritage Foods, a leading dairy company recently won two awards at the India Food Safety Summit Awards 2019 held in New Delhi.

The company received the 'Best Customer Service Provider of the Year' award, for the transformation brought in the way consumers are served by Heritage.

The second being, 'Technology Innovator of the Year', for technology advancements brought in by the company in integration of milk procurement from farmers and delivery to consumers.

Speaking about the company's new initiatives in engaging customers, she said, "communication through social media has brought traction on the quality of products Heritage delivers.

This has acted as a feedback mechanism for introducing new products and product advancements." The summit brings the entire ecosystem of the food safety and food processing industry of F&B manufacturers, regulators, analytical services, testing companies and consultants on one platform to network, gain insights, share knowledge and discuss the best practices in food quality and safety systems.

Heritage Foods Ltd said it has been at the forefront of adopting advanced technologies in the dairy sector.

"Be it in manufacturing, seamlessly connecting procurement of milk from farmers to delivering milk to consumers, and digitisation of payments to our farmers, we are the first adapters of technology," the ED said.
