Woman commits suicide in Srikakulam district

Kanchili: It's a happy going family, Husband K Satyanarayana works as a field officer at AP Grameena Vikas Bank at Kanchili branch in Srikakulam district. The couple has three children.

The bank officer Satyanarayana along with his family stays in a rented house in Kanchili. Madhava Rao, who is working as an engineering consultant under NREGS scheme, also resides in the side portion.

In the next portion, there lived a couple Ishwar Reddy and Tulsi. They all became good friends, as they live in the same place. It's reported that the accused Madhva Rao called the deceased woman as Amma (mother) and her husband as Nana (father).

According to the details of the suicide letter, Madhav Rao recorded a video and took the pictures of the deceased while she was taking a bath in the bathroom and threatened her by showing them.

The other couple Ishwar Reddy and Tulsi, who was in the side portion supported Madhav Rao, and these three often threatened to upload the video and photos on the internet. Over this, the deceased suffered deep mental pain, and she has not revealed this to her husband or any other family members.

After some time, Madhav got transferred and shifted to another place. But he continued to threaten her by making phone calls. Over unable to bear the torture of Madhav, she explained the husband over the incident a week ago.

Meanwhile, two days back on September 24, someone came near the kitchen window and thrown a flower on her. With this, she informed to husband, he went out and searched in the premises, where no one was found.

The victim, who became very depressed with the incident decided to commit suicide. On Thursday after her husband left to the bank, she committed suicide by hanging herself to the ceiling fan in the kitchen.

In the suicide note, she wrote the details that Madhav Rao, Ishwar Reddy, and his wife Tulsi forced her to take the extreme step. The deceased survived by husband, two daughters Anjali (12), Aishwarya (10) and son Devisriprsad (2). On receiving the complaint, the police registered a case. The accused were taken into custody and investigating further.
