Vizag Journalists Forum honours 20 women scribes

Visakhapatnam: Vizag Journalists' Forum celebrated International Women's Day by felicitating over 20 women journalists, radio broadcasters and news presenters working in various media houses here on Saturday.

Additional Joint Commissioner of Income Tax U Mini Chandran, ACP women police station Prem Kajal and social activist T Sindhura honoured the women professionals with Vishishta Prathibha Puraskar on the occasion.

VJF president Gantla Srinu Babu, secretary S Durga Rao, joint secretary Dadi Ravikumar and programme coordinator R Nagaraj Patnaik, among others spoke.
