VITEEE-2019 concludes

Vijayawada: Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) 2019 concluded on Sunday, according to, VIT AP university vice-chancellor Dr D Subhakar. The entrance exam was conducted for admission to various undergraduate programmes offered by VIT at its campuses in Vellore, Chennai, Bhopal and Amaravati during academic year 2019-20.

The entrance examination conducted for admission into 17 B Tech programmes offered at VIT's, Vellore campus, 7 B Tech programmes at its Chennai campus, 8 B Tech programmes at the Amaravati (Andhra Pradesh) campus, and 9 B Tech programmes at the Bhopal campus.

Dr CLV Sivakumar, Registrar, said that 1,62,000 students appeared for the VIT engineering entrance examination across the world in 167 examination centres. He said as many as 45,149 students appeared from Telugu states.

Examination concluded at Dubai, Qatar, Mascot & Kuwait centres also. The results of VITEEE 2019 will be released in the VIT website,www.vit.ac.in by the end of April 2019.
