Visakhapatnam: Police Commissioner R K Meena has said that youth should lean towards new inventions.

Inaugurating the national-level e-Bike, Go-Cart Championship Competitions at Raghu Engineering College here on Wednesday, he motivated the students to take an innovative path in achieving their goals and emerge as winners.

Addressing the gathering, he said that there was no end for learning and stressed on the importance of application of knowledge. Raghu Educational Institute Chairman Kalidindi Raghu laid emphasis on innovative thinking along with creative thinking. He said the institution would give equal priority to education and sports. GST Additional Commissioner S Narasimha Reddy said that with great intelligence youth must be a part of make in India and be a part in increasing the production rate.

Imagine-to-innovate CEO Subhash Pilla spoke on how many new innovations were coming into picture every passing year and appreciated the platform provided by the institution for the students.

The invitees and guests went around e-Bikes, Go-Carting vehicles designed by the students and appreciated them for their skills.
