Students perform flash mob for cause at Andhra University
Visakhapatnam: It was calm on Thursday evening until a robust crowd of college students thronged the AU Basketball court, with a single agenda to spread awareness on global warming. The students of Andhra University from AU United Cultural Club performed a non-stop 25 minutes flash mob, by sending a strong message about this noteworthy cause.
As many as 600 students assembled, supporting the cause at the venue. Meanwhile, most of the performers of the flash mob were dressed in black T-shirt, while some of them held placards which reads, 'save the planet earth or Die', 'Save water' and many more diagrams that depicts climate justice.
Talking about the importance of global warming, Swetha , a final year student from Commerce Department said," If we don't start right now the next 10 -20 years we are going to witness major depletion of renewable sources.''
