Srinivasa Rao gets bail in YS Jagan attack case

Vijayawada: In the attack case on YSR Congress party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at Vizag airport, the court has granted the bail to the accused Srinivasa Rao.

The NIA court has given bail on a personal bond of Rs 30,000 and on a surety of two persons. Srinivasa will be releasing from Rajahmundry Central Jail tomorrow (Friday).

The accused Srinivasa was arrested for attacking YS Jagan with Kodi Kathi at Visakhapatnam airport.

Later, the YSRCP leaders have demanded NIA investigation in the case, On the courts order the case has been transferred from SIT to NIA.

The NIA officials have taken the accused into their custody and interrogated him at NIA head quarters Hyderabad.

On the investigation, the NIA officials have submitted a report to NIA court in Vijayawada.
