Residents of these habitations have to walk some distance to reach the roads which are being built with metal and gravel. For example, Eethamanu Guda, a habitation in Meliaputti mandal of Pathapatnam Assembly seat, voters have to cross hills to reach their polling station at Kerasingi village. Voters of Chandanagiri village in the same seat have to walk through agriculture fields for two km to reach connected road and from there they have to cover another two km to reach their polling station at Nelabonthu village.

Situation is the same for voters of Mularimpi habitation as they have to walk through clay road for three km to reach their polling station at Ananthagiri village in Meliaputti mandal. Fate of the voters of Mulanela Bonthu, Mara and Baleru habitations is not different and they have to walk more than two km on clay road to reach their polling station at Bharanikota village.

To woo the voters of these remote and Agency habitations, candidates of both ruling YSRCP and TDP-JSP-BJP alliance are making arrangements to bring the voters to polling stations. They instructed their local functionaries to bring them to polling stations by arranging transport facility. For the purpose, auto-rickshaws, mini vans and trailer vans are being booked by the leaders.
