Somu Veerraju responds over Tirupati bypoll issue, says BJP, Jana Sena will work together
Andhra Pradesh BJP president Somu Veerraju said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had done a lot for Tirupati, the spiritual city of Andhra Pradesh. He commented that Narendra Modi was the main reason for the development of Tirupati. Somu Veerraju made these comments while he has been busy touring the city in the wake of Tirupati by-election heat in the state.
On the other hand, Jana Sena party chief Pawan Kalyan is making all efforts to contest the Tirupati by-election and is currently in Delhi to discuss the matter with central leadership while BJP senior leader, MP GVL Narasimha Rao announced that his party would contest in Tirupati. With this, the status of Jana Sena-BJP alliance was widely discussed on social media.
In this backdrop, Somu Veerraju made key remarks on the alliance with Jana Sena. He made clear that BJP would work with the Jana Sena in the Tirupati Lok Sabha by-election. He revealed that whoever contests either from BJP and Janasena, the two parties will work together. He said Pawan Kalyan was in consultation in Delhi on the Tirupati by-election issue.
Somu Veerraju also criticized Chandrababu Naidu stating him as Non Resident Leader of Andhra Pradesh for staying in a neighbouring state and talking about Andhra Pradesh politics. He criticized Chandrababu for not taking care of the people here and asserted that people will teach a lesson to him at the appropriate time.
