Sharada College celebrates Fresher's Day
Vijayawada: Former Income Tax commissioner Ajay Kumar urged the students to be innovative and acquire skills to meet the demands in the job market. He was speaking as the chief guest at the fresher's day celebrations of Sharada Educational Institutions here on Saturday.
Boomerang Tube chief operating officer K Sudhakar Sai from USA asked the students to inculcate the habit of questioning which would help them acquire proper knowledge. Popular pop and playback singer Smitha highlighted the art of goal setting and hard work. She said that the students could scale great heights in their chosen field through sheer hard work.
Sharada Educational Institutions chairman Y Ramesh Babu also spoke on the occasion. As many as 2,400 students took part in the celebrations in which several cultural programmes were also held. Students rendered both Hindi and Telugu film songs and also walked the ramp.
Sharada Educational Institutions managing director Y Sharada Devi, Advisor ESRK Prasad and general manager G V Rao were present on the occasion.
