SBI donates electric car to JNTU-K
Kakinada: State Bank of India (SBI) General Manager BVSKT Bhaskar handed over an eco-friendly electric buggy car worth of Rs 5 lakh to the faculty members and students of JNTU-K at Kakinada on Monday.
JNTU-K Vice-Chancellor Prof Ramalingaraju appreciated the social service activity of the State bank of India.
The bank was providing better services to the students and staff on the university campus and urged the students to avail the opportunities provided by SBI.
SBI General Manager Bhaskar said that in the addition to social service, the SBI was giving priority to lending in agriculture, business and housing sectors. He said that the farmers would be benefitted. He urged the students to study hard to come up in life.
