SACET students selected for internships at IITs

Chirala: The secretary of St Ann's College of Engineering and Technology (SACET) Vanama Ramakrishna Rao and correspondent S Lakshmana Rao announced that five of their students were selected for the internships in the prestigious IITs in the country.

They announced that the SACET students were selected by the Internshala, which trains the students on projects and seminars and helps them get internships at prestigious institutions and offer cash prizes to the talented.

The college principal Dr P Ravi Kumar said that the 3rd year CSE student K Sateesh Kumar, ECE student G Bala Siva Nagendra Babu final year student V Lakshmi Sravani were selected for the internship at IIT Bombay, EEE student P Kavya for the internship at IIT Delhi and ECE student L Siva Sai was selected for the internship at IIT Madras.

The Internshala faculty coordinator Dr DNV Syam Kumar announced that these students will be given tasks online and they will be rewarded suitable stipend based on their performance in solving their tasks.

He said that about 100 students from the college are selected for various internships so far. The college teaching and non-teaching staff from various departments appreciated the students for getting selected for the internships at the prestigious institutions.
