NTRUHS V-C reviews with principals of five districts

Tirupati: The Vice Chancellor of Dr NTR Health University Dr CV Rao visited Sri Venkateswara Medical College (SVMC), Tirupati on Friday and held a review meeting with the Principals of government and private Medical Colleges and para medical colleges.

The V-C explained them the new changes that are coming in medical education, examination pattern, question papers downloading, and evaluation process. Principals from Chittoor, Kadapa, Kurnool, Ananthapur and Nellore have attended the meeting.

SVMC Principal Dr G Ravi Prabhu was also present. In the afternoon a detailed power point presentation to the Principals of Medical Colleges was given on Basic Life Support (BLS) training programme by Dr S Chakra Rao of Indian Resuscitation Council (IRC). Training classes were held for doctors on the revolutionary changes that are being implemented from the next academic year. SVMC faculty and other doctors from five districts have attended the programme.
