Nine-day Brahmotsavams conclude on a grand note

Tirupati: The annual Brahmotsavams in Sri Kodandarama Swamy temple here on Thursday concluded on a grand note with the performance of Chakrasnanam.The Snapana Tirumanjanam (celestial bath) was performed to the utsava murthis of Sri Rama, Sita and Lakshmana along with Sri Sudarshana Chakrattalwar in the morning.

Later, the anthropomorphic form of Lord, Sri Chakrattalwar was immersed in the auspicious hour in the holy waters of Kapilatheertham, marking the conclusion of the nine-day annual Brahmotsavam which began in the temple under the control of TTD on April 3 here. Sri Pedda Jeeyar Swamy, Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamy, temple Dy EO E C Sreedhar and others were also present.
