NAAC team inspects PB Siddhartha College

Vijayawada: The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) visited PB Siddhartha Arts and Science College on a two-day inspection, said the college principal Dr Meka Ramesh on Tuesday.

The principal said that the NAAC team had visited the college for the third time to assess the quality and standards maintained by the college authorities. He said that the visiting team was led by Mumbai University vice-chancellor Prof Rajan Welukar.

The team inspected the infrastructure, quality of educational standards, results secured by the students, laboratory facilities, students talent, campus placements, sports, NCC, NSS and others functionalities in the institution.

The NAAC team includes Lucknow University professor Kumkum Misra, Coimbatore Institute of Management and Technology principal Kumara Swamy. Siddhartha Academy academic adviser LK Mohan Rao, director V Babu Rao, dean Rajesh C Jampala, internal quality control department coordinator Rajesdra Prasad, training and placement head K Sridhar and others were present.
