MP assures to develop parks in city

Rajamahendravaram: MP Margani Bharat Ram has assured to develop centrally located Kambala park and ABN park in the city on all fronts. After visiting the two parks along with corporation Commissioner Sumit Kumar here on Thursday, he said steps will be taken to develop other parks in the city with all facilities.

After Godavari Bund, parks are only the entertainment places in the city to the people. He asked corporation commissioner to submit proposals for the works to be taken up for the development of the parks.

The historical city is becoming hub in the fields of education, health, business etc and every day lakhs of people are coming to the city across the state. Parks bring beauty to the city and necessary funds also be allotted in this regard, he said.Manager T Srinivas, superintending engineer Om Prakash and others were present.
