Mobile library on spiritual books at Siddhartha Mahila Kalasala

Vijayawada: The students union of Siddhartha Mahila Kalasala in association with Bhaktivedanta Institute organised a mobile library on the college premises on Thursday. The mobile library was organised to create spiritual awareness among the students. The library has books of all kinds like Telugu Academy books, Bhagavata, Bhagavadgita, devotional in English version.

Books like Science and religion, God Intelligent Design and fine tuning, God is a person, Life matters and their interaction, Krishna Chaitanya Margamu and other books were displayed. The college principal Dr M Nalini said that the students are losing their self-confidence in the competitive world by depending on electronic gadgets.

She said that by reading ancient books, the mind will bloom and would transform into perfect human being. Students union convener Dr A Nagajyothi, G Padmaja, K Shashi, Dr Manjula, Sneha, students and others were present.
